Hummers are mean carfruckers! but by far the biggest blight on the environment are lorries. I drive a jeep patriot which at least gets 42 miles to the gallon, and can convert to 30% bio -fuel. The first car company that brings out 100% bio-fuel, I'll be buying it and give the fingers to the Arabs by doing so!

I am watching the pilot episode of the first Battlestar Galactica from 1978. The acting is terrible. If this were to be made today it would be laughed at. However, if you look at the Battlestar that was created in 2004 you can see that although the new effects and more mature story are a very far departure from the 1978 version the story remains just as strong.

But as much as I like both versions if I had to pick the 04 version wins hands down. The acting and dialogue in the 78 version is just too horrible for words.

there was so much money in the SciFi genre at that point due to Star Wars, everyone wanted in on the act. I liked BG at the time but preferred Blake's 7

I saw the old serie, original version.....it was ...nice for that time. Never saw the new...(yes I am that old) I also around the smae period Space 1999. Doctor Elena always had a charm or two to give. Maybe she should have tried to Silons or Maya might have tried lol

Now every frame I was bringing in today has a ding in it. Nothing Major, well, nothing to end the world, but it is a pain in the ass all the same.

I am going to have to bring in some ink tomorrow or a sharpie or something and go over the dents.

When we were in Canada there were faces watching me for the entire time we were there. I came across the photograph I took of the faces just now and I photoshopped the image a bit so as to get the idea of those faces across better.

p.s. The movie beside the faces is "The Blues Brothers".

So first off there is the plain old faces then that is followed by what I could see when I looked at the wood.

That's amazing. There are faces in almost everything. Especially wood and popcorn ceilings.

your missing the two faces that look like they are either looking at each other or sleeping face to face .... on either side of the bird man pic... you can see them much better in the first pic ... I was hoping you'd show that one but alas it wasn't seen :(
